01 Web · Build

Shopify stores built to sell, not just to exist.

New store, theme rebuild or a store that looks fine but doesn’t convert — I design and build Shopify experiences around how your customers actually shop.

(Why it matters)

Make it work — fast, everywhere.

A Shopify store is a sales channel, not a brochure. Product pages, collection structure, speed, trust signals and checkout flow decide whether a visitor buys — and most stores lose sales in small, fixable places.

Because I also work on the brand, the product photography and the ads that send traffic to the store, the build is planned around the full journey: from the ad someone clicks to the order confirmation they receive.

(Who it’s for)

Is this you?

  1. 01D2C and clothing brands launching or relaunching on Shopify
  2. 02Brands moving from WooCommerce, Wix or a marketplace-only setup
  3. 03Stores with traffic but disappointing conversion
  4. 04Founders who want a store they can manage without a developer on call

(What you get)

Typical deliverables.

Every project is scoped individually — this is what’s usually included.

  • Store strategy: navigation, collections and product structure
  • Custom theme design or a tailored Online Store 2.0 theme
  • Product, collection, cart and landing page templates
  • App selection and setup — only what the store actually needs
  • Speed, image and Core Web Vitals optimisation
  • SEO foundations: metadata, structured data, redirects, clean URLs
  • Analytics, Meta Pixel / Conversions API and Google tag setup
  • Handover walkthrough so your team can run the store

(How I approach it)

The approach.

  1. 01

    Audit the journey

Look at the store (or the plan) the way a customer does — landing page to checkout — and list where trust, clarity or speed breaks down.

  2. 02

    Structure before style

Plan collections, filters, product information and navigation first. Good structure makes the design easier and the store easier to grow.

  3. 03

    Design the key templates

Home, collection, product and cart designed for your products and your customers — mobile first, because that’s where most orders happen.

  4. 04

    Build lean

Theme customisation with as few apps as possible. Every app adds weight and cost, so each one has to earn its place.

  5. 05

    Launch with tracking

Pixels, analytics and search setup verified before launch, so you can see what’s working from the first order.

(FAQ)

Shopify questions.

Do you build custom themes or customise existing ones?

Both. A well-chosen Online Store 2.0 theme, customised properly, is often the fastest and most cost-effective route. A custom theme makes sense when your brand or product needs something a theme can’t do cleanly.

Can you migrate my store from WooCommerce or another platform?

Yes — products, collections, customers and content, with URL redirects planned so existing search rankings and links aren’t lost.

Will I be able to update the store myself?

Yes. Sections and blocks are set up so you can change banners, products and landing pages without touching code, and you get a walkthrough at handover.

Can you also shoot the product photos and run the ads?

Yes. That’s the point of working with one person across web, content and marketing — but each part can also be booked on its own.
