This policy explains what information this website collects and how it’s used. The site is operated by Muhammed Jubapu, based in Dubai, UAE.

What I collect

Enquiries. When you send the project enquiry form, I receive the details you enter — your name, email, and anything you choose to share about your company and project. This is used only to reply to you and discuss your project.

Messages. If you contact me on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, I receive whatever you send through those services, under their own privacy policies.

Analytics. This site does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Technical logs. The hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How it’s used

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To prepare proposals and deliver agreed work
• To keep the site secure and working properly

Your details are never sold or shared for marketing. Enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider acting on my behalf.

How long it’s kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any legal or accounting requirements afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time. Get in touch via the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
