Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to NFC + QR review cards ordered on this website.

No refunds, no returns

Every card is made to order with your business name, logo and Google review link. Because each card is custom-made for one business, all sales are final: there are no refunds and no returns once an order is paid. This includes the advance paid to confirm an order.

Before you pay

• Check your business name and spelling carefully.
• Open your Google review link and make sure it goes to the right business.
• Check your delivery address and phone number.

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails but money leaves your account, the payment gateway (PayU) normally reverses it automatically to the original payment method. If you are charged twice for the same order, contact me with the transaction details and the duplicate charge will be returned.
